June 3 Update Graphic

June 3, 2020

Good Afternoon Warren Students, Families, and Staff,

I would like to take a moment to express my support for those who are affected by the recent events in our community and nationally. As a district, we will continue to create a culture of diversity, equity and belonging for our students, schools and community.

Congratulations to all of our students for finishing the 2019-20 school year strong, especially our senior class of 2020! Our virtual graduation commencement will be held on Saturday, June 13th at 7 PM. More details, including the link will be shared next week. Mr. Shepler and the graduation committee finalized plans for an in person recognition to be held at the Warren Performing Arts Center on June 16th, 17th, and 18th. See our Graduation Page on the high school website for more information.

Families with school age children will be receiving a Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer or P-EBT Card in the mail from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA). Since MSD Warren Township is a Community Eligibility Provision district where all students receive free breakfast and lunch, all families will receive this benefit card and do not need to apply formally. Families will receive one benefit card per eligible child. Please note that the cards may arrive at different times. If you have questions regarding this benefit, please contact the Division of Family Resources at 800-403-0864.

We are making registration for the 20-21 school year more accessible and available for families.
